Kilgus Farmstead

Kilgus Farmstead is a family owned and operated dairy and meat operation located outside of Fairbury, IL. The family began farming dairy in the 1950s, and they are known in Chicago for their rich Jersey milk and cream, which is produced at their on-farm creamery. They began raising meat animals the 2010s and currently offer Angus and Jersey beef and Berkshire pork, as well as goat and lamb. All their dairy and meat animals eat locally grown non-GMO grain, and their dairy herd is grazed on rotating pastures from spring through the fall. Learn more here.
