Vargo Brothers was born as a pandemic-era passion project for husband-wife team Sebastian Vargo and Taylor Hanna. Focused on fermentation, their range of pickles, kraut, kimchi, kombucha, and condiments have grown a steady following in Chicago over the past five years.
